First I was afraid
I was petrified
Kept thinking I could never live
without Lois by my side
But I spent so many nights thinking what did I do wrong?
And I grew strong and I learned how to get along
And so I touched your back in the right place
I just walked in to find you here
with that drool upon your face
I should have changed that pelvic tilt
I should have aligned you it is key
If I had known for just one second
you'd be functioning better than me

Go on now go walk out the door
just rotate now
Too much eversion isn't welcome anymore
Weren't you the one who fixed your extremities?
Come on how just align
Increase your pelvic fem mobility.
Oh no, not I

I've got lobster feet to give

It took all the strength I had
not to fall apart
kept trying hard to mend
Several difficult starts
And I spent so many nights
just feeling sorry for myself
I used to cry
But now I hold my head up high
And you see me
Somebody new

I've got 3 planes to move, obliques and gluts
Fruit loops that just suit
And so I felt like dropping out
And just expected to be free
But now I have facilitating
It's just the ABC's
